Apple switched to stainless steel frames with the iPhone X, then switched to titanium frames on the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models. But a new report shows that the iPhone 17 Pro series will switch to aluminum frames. The reason is that aluminum makes devices lighter than stainless steel and titanium.
